This Privacy Policy describes how Prijemka handles information processed through its cloud-based e-commerce operations and marketing analytics services.

1. Information we process

Depending on the features a customer uses, Prijemka may process business account information, supplier and product data, operational receiving records, user account information, audit records and marketing reporting data from authorised advertising accounts.

2. Google Ads data

When a customer authorises or links a Google Ads account, Prijemka may retrieve reporting data such as campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, impression, click, cost and conversion metrics through the Google Ads API.

Google Ads information is used to provide reporting, analytics and recommendations to the authorised customer. Prijemka's Google Ads integration is designed for read-only analytics and does not automatically create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, ads, keywords, bids or budgets.

3. How information is used

• To provide requested operational and analytics functionality.
• To validate, reconcile and prepare e-commerce business data.
• To generate reports and recommendations for authorised users.
• To maintain security, troubleshooting records and an audit trail.
• To improve reliability and usability of the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell customer data or advertising data. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the platform, subject to appropriate security and access controls, or disclosed where required by applicable law.

5. Security and access

Prijemka is designed to restrict access according to user and tenant permissions. Administrative and integration credentials are kept server-side and are not exposed to end users or AI models.

6. Retention

Business and reporting data is retained only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain required audit records, meet contractual obligations or comply with applicable law. Customers may contact us regarding deletion or access requests.

7. Third-party services

Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. Prijemka accesses Google Ads data only after the relevant account has been authorised or linked for access.
